Information We Process
Your Worry Text: When you share thoughts with BrainOff, the text is temporarily sent to our AI service to analyze category and mood, then immediately discarded. Only metadata (category, mood, timestamp) is stored.
Voice Recordings: Audio is transcribed and then discarded. Only the resulting metadata is stored.
Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (type, operating system)
- Usage data (features used, app performance)
- Worry metadata (categories, moods, timestamps - no actual text)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide app services and features
- Improve our services
- Send important updates and notifications (if enabled)

4. Third-Party Services
Used for authentication, cloud database, analytics, AI analysis and conversational features. Your worry text is processed but not stored.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored securely and deleted immediately upon account deletion.
